Front desk staff is useless. I called to check an appointment date/time and they couldn't even answer that question, I was transferred to my doctors receptionist who never answers the phone. Staff seems to be incompetent when it comes to answering any questions. I was not notified of the $40 fee for an allergy test and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude over this. Will request to go elsewhere next time for a referral.
