I placed an online order, for pickup, at Heritage location. I waited 15 minutes, with my order number bot even being displayed on the monitor!! I eventually got so Irritated that I went up and asked for my order, and there it sat!!!! No one called my number!! And by this time, my coffee was cold!!!! Brutal attention to customer service!! Brutal. Wish I could give my rating as zero, but there is no option for that.

As a mother watching at the front counter, I have seen a tall ponytail lady who is Asian, I believe is Filipino, yelling at a young girl who works there. As a mother, I can not tolerate this type of behaviour while waiting for my food. It upsets me that an adult will shamelessly yell at a poor young girl for not addressing her shift was over? Went in today to get a coffee and asked for lactose free milk .then the staff member that was serving me at the counter said that they don’t serve lactose free .he then told me that if I wanted that I had to go elswear never have I been treated this way before so disappointed
