Arrived at 9:15 for a 9:50 appt. Huge line up. Might I suggest 2 signs be put up: One sign for appointment line and one sign for non-appt. line. After waiting 30 minutes in line I was rude and pushed my way to the door to the lady with the clipboard and stated that I was here for a 9:50 appt. She took my req. and disappeared, After 20 minutes I asked another keeper of the door when I can come in for my 9:50 appt. She did not know. At 10:40 I get to come in and wait, Finally I get to see a Fellow who takes my blood.He has absolutely no personality when I asked him if he liked his job. He just shrugged and stated "Its just a job" That kind of explains the lack of concern or empathy in this place!!
