Had to take an older HH jacket in that needed a zipper repair. Not only did the staff locate its purchase in the computer ( and zi did not even buy it there ), but it was shipped on my behalf to HH Canada and they gave me a new zipper at no charge ! On an old jacket! I was fully prepared to pay for it…there was no charge. Excellent staff ( Oct/Nov 2024 ), really nice clothing and outerwear and superb service!
