These guys are scam artists and follow a script to pressie you to buy overpriced skin care products. I had a horrible experience last night. Jist like the rest of the reviewers. They don't want to take no for an answer and push you and lie about promotions. Avoid at all costs. West Wdmonton Mall should kick them out

I was given a free sample, then grabbed by the hand and pulled inside where the lady would not take no for an answer. Finally paid her 50 dollars just to get away. Now I want to return the product, but I am too stressed about going back inside. I am sure the products are nice, but the experience was dampened by the sales push. Will be cautioning friends to keep away, rather than encouraging them to check out the products, now.

I was there while Christmas shopping and took a sample from one of the sales people I gotta say their masks are doing wonders to my skin I already told a couple of my friends about this place.

Unbelievably manipulative salespeople, I was drawn into the store by a free sample and they refused to let me leave, I explained several times I had no desire to spend almost $300 on skincare I hadn't been able to research, and they kept trying to pressure me into it. I finally just left after they began dropping the price, it was obvious the salespeople are following a script and just want to scam you, stay away

I had an extremely anxiety inducing experience here. I was dragged in after taking a free sample, only to get caught in a 30 minute conversation of the employee trying to force me into buying overpriced skincare products. I tried saying no several times but she kept going on and i felt stuck. Got to the point where i had said no about 5 times, told her i was UNEMPLOYED and was strugging financially yet she still rung up 130$ worth of skincare on the machine trying to make me buy it. I finally was done being polite and left shortly after. But she genuinely made me feel like I HAD to buy it. Stop being so pushy. This was an awful experience and i will never be returning

The scummy commission-based salespeople held my teenage sister hostage and coerced her into buying an overpriced face mask against her will. Avoid this store at all costs, and if you see one of their salespeople walking towards you.... RUN!
