Was here with my son on a Saturday afternoon.Staff verbally speaking her mind and looked visibly stressed and miserable. The lady working here said ''Customers are so Disrespectful''. My son repeated to me She just said ''customers are so disrespectful'' . She walked by us and said 100 % . Why was she making us feel so unwelcome we had only been there 3 minutes when she made here remark. Its not customers fault that the hangers have no grips or are not properly hung by staff. The lineup was not necessary when we observed 5 staff doing nothing upfront at cash register. Two cashiers and five distracting then talking about useless things and inappropriate . No staff greet or smiled at any customers . Completely unprofessional staff working here. Will not go and spend a penny here. And will make written reviews about this everywhere

The line up to pay for merchandise was 13 people deep and I was in the middle of the line. After waiting for 20 minutes I asked the manager if she could get extra staff on the register as there was only one staff handling sales and refunds. She said some one is coming. I then waited another 10 minutes before my turn and no one else showed up but there were ample staff on the floor doing nothing. I watched three people behind me leave. The correct thing to do would be to use the staff on floor to get the line moving. I then got home to find one of my purchases was not in the bag and now have to make a trip back to get it. Not impressed with customer service, but love the clothes.
