I took my iPad Mini into the mall to have 3 cracks fixed (note: I had literally unlocked the screen when i dropped it off), first off the guy could barely understand my english.. and second, when i returned after the hour he said it would take, I returned to a shattered screen and he said that the LCD touchscreen wasn't working. He tried saying it was broken before I had dropped it off, but I know for a fact that it worked - so now I have a completely broken $400 iPad that worked perfectly fine before.. Unless you want them to destroy your personal belongings, I would stay clear of these people!! I wish someone wrote a review about them before so I could still have a working iPad.... I rate them a -10 out of 10, but the lowest I can go is 1 star
