It was extremely busy when I visited the fine establishment known as Purdys in the mall. The only man at the till was a young man named Connor. He worked so hard and got through all the customers making sure they had a pleasant experience. Connor demonstrated excellent customer service as he got my ice cream and made my day as a customer great. I will definitely be returning because of Connors excellent customer service!
