I asked for a root up, and got charged for half my head and a hair cut that I did NOT ask for.. what normally costs me $80-$90 from my normal hair dresser back home cost me $156 here, while on vacation. .pretty livid and will not go back nor will send my mom either, maybe next time listen to your clients. Also a trim means cut off the dead ends, not give me a hair cut...Not impressed
