I took my iPhone in because the sound in telephone calls was very muffled. The pleasant gentlemen explained that the speaker component was full of dust due to the cracked glass. My phone was thoroughly cleaned and the cracked glass replaced within 15 minutes for a reasonable price. I highly recommend!
