Yesterday I went to the Willowbrook Ricky’s for one of my favourite lunch items I order from them, tomato bisque soup meal. When my order arrived I was surprised that the large bowl you get with your garlic toast only had what appeared to be one scoop of soup. It was a shock to say the least. It has alway been a large bowl full of soup. When I complained I was told the meal has bread with it , which I received but hardly any soup. Disappointed.
