Had my daughters come in for bday for nail polish. My oldest girls nails are great 3 days later but my youngest daughters nails chipped not even a day after getting them done. When I went in to show them the lady said that “regular” polish only last a couple days. I told her it hadn’t even been 1 whole day and she had chips. She did nothing about it. Basically shrugged her shoulders. Terrible customer service. Cannot even do basic polish.

Not friendly , glued gel to my skin all my toes ! Had to go get a pedicure within a few days somewhere else cause I hurt from it ! Brutal job of the gel polish also ! Never will I be back there !

Not one word of English was spoken to me . I got a nod every once and awhile . Nail polish was smeared on my fingers. Will not be back ! Nails were not shaped evenly ! Very poor service!

Arrived at salon and was told to come back in one hour. Did so, only to find that they had accepted a walk-in of mom with two little girls so was told to wait just a moment. Waited another 20 minutes (yes, I guess I’m crazy) only to be ignored so I left. Who the heck is managing this salon? You have lost my business.

My nails turned out fine but the workers there don’t care about you at all they take personal calls well they were doing my nails and if I ask them a question they would just look at me and look back at my nails and all of them spoke very little English so it was hard to understand even though my nails turned out pretty good I don’t think I’ll be going back here because of the service. Don’t recommend.

Great job with my nails. A couple of observations. Staff take personal calls while with customers. Should speak English at all times when customers are around.

Don’t let this place fool you! As I walked into the salon I was so intrigued upon how nice the decor and the overall look of the salon was however, my experience was the worst! The lady who was doing my nails, spoke very little English it was really hard to understand. I picked a colour for my nails and ended up getting something so different! I asked for a square shape but she gave me oval, thick, nails that was nothing close to what I even wanted. All the lengths of my nails are uneven, and there is nail polish all around my skin not just the nail. This lady also CUT the skin around my nail and I started BLEEDING as she was filing my nails! I do not recommend this salon to anyone! THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR NAILS!!!!

Bad attitude, unhygienic, nail people are particularly perfunctory, different attitude for people in different countries！！！！I can not believe it that happen in Canada.
