The cashier was starring at me and tried to avoiding me when I was paying for my clothes. She thought I was standing in the " Return " line up instead of paying line. She was being snubby and being unhelpful. Some other guys noticed me standing there and came to help me. They should do something about their paying line more obviously.

I had the most awful experience at Uniqlo in Richmond Centre. I was there to try ONE sweater in the fitting room. One lady working in the fitting room took the sweater and shook it a few times and I asked her why she did that. She replied to me condescendingly, "just to make sure it is only ONE sweater.” After that, she tried to force me to leave my personal handbag outside of the fitting room. I would like to commend Julian's excellent customer service. April 21 Saturday, i went to your store to bring items for return and alteration. Julian assisted me with the returns with a smile, fast and accurate. He then explained to me everything he did before handing me the receipt. For the alteration, he insisted for me to go to the fitting room to have the length checked even if told him i already marked the length and telling him the line up is long and i don't want to wait. He offered to bring me over to the fitting room avoiding the line up and to take me back once done. He instructed the lady in the fitting room of what to do. Julian is so knowledgeable of the store procedures as far as I can see. True enough, when i'm done with the measurement, Julian brought me back to the cashier's station, prepared the claim receipt for my pants. As a customer, i felt so special and important. Julian's eyes has the look of sincerity and joy serving customers like me and pride working for Uniqlo. Because of my experience with Julian and probably of other customers who happens to be served by Julian too, i like to recommend to the management to give Julian an increase or a promotion. An employee like Julian is an asset to the company. Two thumbs up for you Julian!!!.
