Don't waste your time with these clowns. After two weeks of having my phone It never was repaired. I called several times they always claimed a new time. After getting my refund (at least) the worker had the nerve to suggest it will cost more at a competitor, haha, what cost more? you have not provided a service, in fact, you have had my asset (phone) and cash (deposit on part) this whole time. This type of company is a dime a dozen, find a different location and give your business to those who deserve it. Rian

I went up to a kiosk today to make a purchase. The representative, who was on the phone, put up her finger to me to motion for me to wait. I waited for about a minute when I realized that she was on a personal, not business, call. I walked closer to her to get her attention. She got up and moved away to the other side of the kiosk to continue her conversation. I continued to wait, standing there at the kiosk for about seven minutes before I decided to just walk away. The rep was still on the phone continuing her conversation when I left. Later I called the kiosk and spoke to the same girl. I told her that I had come by earlier and stood there waiting while she was on a personal call. Her response : "I told you to wait." (...?!!) I told her: "You're missing the point. It's about customer service." She said : "I don't have time to argue with you." Then she hung up! I mean... Wow. I guess she did not care about her job or the customers. I, simple Joe Customer was just simply wasting her time and interrupting her precious phone call.

I got my iPhone fix at Cellicon, they did really good job and it came with a good price and 90 days warranty Store Manager is really nice and helpful, he is very polite when it comes to customer service

I bought casing for samsung s4 at this store the service is bad. The lady helping is so mean... really bad when it comes to customer service.....she should be staying home..
