The lady who handed over the coffee to me today came across as though she was doing a favour on me. She placed the coffee and read out the product name loud and left. 1. Did not care to maintain an eye contact with the customer which was me . 2. When I said “thank you” neither she or any of the staff members from approximately 5 to 6 servers at that moment cared enough to say “your welcome”. 3. I would have ignored it if the store was busy enough sadly to say there were only 2 customers and one of them as me. 4. A little kindness doesn’t hurt anyone and the staff really needs to be trained better
