After I Picked up my daughter from skiing all day she was hangry!! All she wanted a subway and she specified footlong only! I went in and here I was I. A hurry because my both kids were in the car waiting, I ordered a 4 sandwiches and asked them for to go! There was a new employee in training and his other coworker was very humble and happy to serve and was very helpful! Anyway I got my sandwiches and drove home with my hungry kids but when U got home one sandwich was missing.. I got very disappointed and thinking of packing the kids and driving back to store made me more angry..I made a call to store and here I was talking and explaining what happend..Cut the story short I had my missing sandwich delivered to me in 10 minutes!! Now this is called a great customer service and awesome team!! Thank you very much for being so understanding of a tired mom and saving me a trip and getting me not just my sandwich but two of them!!! May you run the best and most succsessful subway location! Thank you
