After refilling my cartridge my printer still did not work so I went back to the store with the printer and cartridge. The owner cleaned the dried up and blocked screens free of charge! This saved me days of waiting at a printer repair shop and quite a bit of money too. Great store!

I've been buying toner refills from this guy for a long time. Recently bought a printer that was faulty, and they wouldn't honor the return policy written on the receipt. Don't buy hardware at this store.
