Live & bank with Scotia in Winnipeg . Interested in purchasing vehicle in Winkler . Thought I would have to take time off work to go to my Scotia bank in Winnipeg to withdraw funds . BUT WAIT ! Looking on the Website I find there is a Scotia bank in Winkler & it’s my lucky day , hours stated on Scotia bank in Winklers Website it clearly states open Saturday 10AM - 3PM . Drive to Winkler , finalize deal on vehicle , “give me 30 minutes to get the funds at the Scotia bank” Imagine my dismay (after cursing 10 minutes) to find a sign on the door of the bank “ closed Saturday “ . Believe several minutes could / should be taken to update Website , especially in rural locations where another branch is not located down the street .
