Do not deal with this bank. Where is the honesty gone? The Advisors will say anything for you to open an account and transfer your money. Then everything stops and it’s too late. They have your money. They are ranked the worst of the 5 large banks for customer service. Start complaining to your MP. The Banks are very strong lobbyists. Be very careful. Real Bad. Runs by the Wild West Rules. Check into Banks Financial Adviser or Advisor. Really! Intentionally confusing? Why? Advisor requires absolutely no education, no formation and no rules. They are salespeople only and motivated to sell you based on the BANKS needs. Conflict of Interest? Lack of proper disclosure. Paid to perform. Go to the Canadian federal Government Website, “Financial Consumer Agency of Canada” and then look for the 2018 report “Retail Banking Sales Culture raise risks for consumers”.
