The worst service ever, how can one conduct their banking business if the customer cannot even get the bank to answer their phone during standard operating hours??? Yes, I had the right phone number, even tried the phone number their landlord provided.

Staff incompetent, could not even do a stop payment properly. Gave them check #s & they reversed a replacement check in error and gave me a difficult time trying to rectify their error. It caused a great deal of trouble to myself and the payee, and could not guarantee me the same error would not happen again. Truly awful service.
