We had trouble receiving the money, we have to wait for 48 hrs to receive the 2nd email. Then been told they will conduct investigation and wait 4 more days on top of the 2 days waiting period. When we call them after 4 more days they said to wait again for few more days coz they start counting after they receive the request. Today is the 8th day and we did not receive the money yet. We tried calling and asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor just said to wait and nothing else they can do. And because its the weekend we need to wait for Monday again to call them if the money is not deposited yet. They dont care!!!! very frustrated right now.
