TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The worst TD ever! I went to yonge and sheppard center TD this afternoon trying to help my nephew to resolve an unsolved issue/ a mistake caused by TD staffs themselves! It ended I was right-handcuffed tightly for almost a hour by two security guys for no reason/ no swear/no hitting/ only with a powerless cry and voice. Circulation to my right hand was severely CUT with blue and purple fingers for the whole hour, I have a Hx of raynauld's), they ignored my suffering and denied my request for a bit loose cuff to be applied. My forearm are all over bruised and I can hardly use my right hand now due to the pain and poor range of motion. I just want to say All these happened was just caused by a request to see a manager regarding a conflict between me and a 'so called' financial advisor, whose name is NARINE LEWIS, her attitude is so miserable and she was so unprofessional not even giving a bit attempt to help us related the mistake made by TD staffs. Here is the situation: my dear sister had her mortgage with TD, unfortunately she passed away on Christmas day 2017 in a car accident, it was a tragedy to us as a family, we were all involved in that car accident and I was severely injured with a life threatening condition (my heart stopped beating for 4 mins,.. my body is still under ongoing investigation even today but nobody cares when they armed me and kept been cuffed me! I was kneeing on the floor ).. Because my sister did not have a will, her bank account was frozen by TD itself. And as such, in the first place, my nephew submitted my sister's death certificate to TD and took initiatives providing TD all HIS bank information for a purpose of setting up an auto-withdrawn payment since TD frozen his mother's account due to her death. I thought my nephew did his best and did whatever he could possibly do under thus a difficult situation... While a couple of days ago, he received a legal letter asking him to pay a seven- months' mortgage and a penalty on legal fee as well, which is RIDICULOUS, OBVIOUSLY TD BANK DID NOT DO THEIR JOB FOR NOT ABLE ACCESSING MY NEPHEW'S BANK. (This happened to me before, this is not the FIRST TIME NOR THE LAST TIME!) JUST BY letting this KEEP happenING!! But this time, my dear sister in the heaven was not able to correct their mistake!!!!!! For the whole period, my nephew was not notified by TD even once and he was not aware of this TD mistake at all. As a loyal customer like my sister, today I accompanied my nephew to TD with all our trust and believes that this issue should be resolved in a professional way with handful help. But it turned out to be a nightmare !!!! I was physically and emotional abused with no dignity. And the ' so called' branch manager, her name is KOSTA KOPITAS, refused to see me at all when there is an issue coming up, while she finally showed up in front of me without a name tag, without any saying to me except calling security, that's all they did to me! that's all they do in this branch!! I am a victim but I was treated like a garbage! What kind of customer service is this? Why nobody even tried to comfort their customer and figured out a resolution to solve a problem which was originally caused by their own MISTAKE !!! Why I deserve such an assault??? I am posting here cause I don;t know where to post. I will make an official complaint toward TD, towards those TD staffs!!! I think TD management should take it seriously and give TD client a rational answer! I hope every one see my message not just for myself but also to protect our right as a customer and as a human being!!! (Thanks to the policeman who immediate releasing me from tight cuff when they arrived.) Above is what I experienced this afternoon at this TD brach in Yonge and sheppard center. (I do have video and pictures of my bruised arm to be posted as needed)!
