Led Christmas Tree broke in less than 2 months after purchase. Store will not accept return without receipt | by Mary D on Jan 13, 2021
My daughter bought a Led Christmas tree and Led tree Nov 10 2020. Less than 2 months later the Led Christmas tree broke. Smelled like it was burning then colored lights stopped changing and stayed on 1 color. Contacted Showcase St Vital and gave them the info. My daughter threw out her bill as she didnt expect it to break less than 2 months after buying. Told Showcase my daughters name, last 4 numbers of her debit card, date she was there and $ total amount she paid. Got no response since then. Should have better customer service than this. People are buying things with their hard earned money and then it breaks. I deleted my account and will not buy anything from there again.
