Absolutely terrible. One cashier open besides self checkout.. customer service said cashier manager is off for the week and only one cashier scheduled per day for the whole week, said store manager could not help. What is the point of a manager?? You almost have a monopoly but if I could afford it I would not shop here.. in line up for half hour to pay for 3 items. Not good enough

I always shop at rickis on line and in the store. The service is always helpful and they try to find what I am looking for. Very pleasant people who greet you as you walk in to the store.
