We purchased the "best" most expensive mattress system they had, $3700.00. A Sterns & Foster mattress. After just a few months it turns out to be a piece of garbage. Uncomfortable, lumpy and totally unsatisfactory yet despite the 10 year unlimited warranty the store still trys to avoid any responsibility and continues to redirect our concerns to the Cdn head office. We bought this from a local company and are extremely disappointed.
