We live in Bermuda and come to Hakim Optical Susie Lake Crescent, Halifax every two years for our eye tests and glasses. We deal with Cheryl Webb, who goes out of her way, to be sure our eye test appointments are scheduled according to our visit and to be sure our eye glass prescriptions are filled and will fit in the frames we have chosen. Often we are not able to take our glasses with us as our Halifax stay is short. Cheryl arranges for our glasses to be sent to us by courier. In addition, when we have problems in Bermuda with our glasses, she will arrange for the part needed to fix the glasses, and sent it to us. Cheryl gives us excellent service. She is friendly and very helpful. We continue to make the trip to Hakim in Halifax due to the service given to us by Cheryl. In our opinion, Cheryl is an excellent employee and represents the company very well.
