These people claim to be able to fix your phone. The reality is, that NO, they do not have the proper knowledge to be fixing people’s cell phones! When they break your phone, they just go “oops, sorry” and you have to actually threaten legal action before getting a refund! I have heard of multiple people who never ended up getting refunds after this particular business BROKE THEIR DEVICE. On top of that, you are unable to find a website, Facebook page, or any type of contact information for a higher up. Employees REFUSE to give it to you. This business is a SCAM and everyone working there knows it.

Went in for a quote on my fixing iPad screen. The employee subsequently further broke the screen. He then refused to contact the manager, refused to admit he was at fault for further damage and apologise. It took over 30 minutes for him to admit fault. The screen was useable before taking it into the store. Now it is unsafe and shape glass exposed forcing me to fix it. if I could give 0 stars I would
