my daughter got me started on pandora. The clasp broke and my daughter took it to the store to get it fixed. They said they can't and rushed my daughter out of the store. The people are very nice when you are buying but very rude when you need help. I called peoples and they said that it will be hard to find a place that will fix it, they will not fix it. I like the charms, I did like shopping there for my 3 daughters and 3 granddaughters. But if I can't get any satisfaction I have to go somewhere else. I love my bracelet. silver with a gold clasp that says pandora

I recently bought 3 items at Pandora at Mapleview... one set of earrings that I bought had defective earring backings which caused the person I gifted these lovely earrings to (as 50th birthday present) to lose one of them almost immediately after putting them on. When my friend showed me her remaining earring I was surprised to see how loose the backing was and how easily it slid off of the earring. A simple flick of the finger and it slipped off the earring. I went back to the store with my friend to see if we could get replacements as the loss was not my friend's fault (I have 3 pairs of the earrings and none slide off like that). When we showed the earring to Lindsay at the store and proved to her how easily it slid off the earring (we showed her one of my earrings for comparison's sake and proved how my Pandora earring did not slip off in the same way) She told me there was nothing she could do... and that she could not help me as I only had one of the earrings. She absolutely refused to do anything and wondered why I got upset. Then she had the nerve to tell me there was no need to raise my voice when I said I was not happy about her unwillingness to do anything. She was completely condescending and did not offer any help and insisted there was nothing she could do. I demanded the number for Pandora (as well as her name) and she did give me a number which turned out to be the wrong number. She gave me the online sales customer service number... I did later by trial and error manage to reach the right number and they will be replacing the earrings. No fuss, no hassle. I strongly advise avoiding Pandora Mapleview and shopping elsewhere for Pandora merchandise- they don't stand behind their products but Pandora itself does.
