I love the products that I purchased from Nicole. I had an allergic reaction to one of the products and it was exchanged with no issue. These are high end products with a high end cost so be prepared before entering and know what you would like in terms of areas to improve on. I look forward to continuing my treatment and skin improvements with Nicole and her team.

I was cleverly called into the store by a man who claimed to be french and jewish. ( forgot his name) He handed me two samples and then told me to come in, that he would give me a FREE treatment on both my eyes telling me it would take 20 yrs off my age. He did ONE eye. He then started doing my nails without my permission??? questioning me if I bite my nails which I do not. Then he questioned my age and my husbands age, how many kids we have, where we lived, he asked my husband and i where we work etc. He grabbed my purse to put it behind me on the chair which I was uncomfortable about and I told him I would hold it. He continued to put it behind the chair. He told my husband he could help him with dark bags under his eye etc. I told this guy we had to go. We had an apt. He then gave us a story of how much the $700 product for my eyes was on sale today only for $350. When he couldn't sell me on that, he proceeded to try to sell me the nail care product in a box. He then asked me " what would you be more interested in taking care of, your eyes or your hands?" I said I'm not the kind of person who makes decisions that quickly and then he said " if you leave here you will never come back to buy the product" and he shook my hand and said " sorry I wasted your time" ... when in fact he really wasted his. The way he spoke to me was humiliating especially when he knew he was not going to make a sale. It was a con job from the minute he called me in. Telling me he'd do both my eyes and then did one and made me leave the store with one done and one not. He told me not to smile because of the product he put on my eyes. He was so quick to put stuff under my eyes touching my eyes, my fingers etc.... then he tells us he is on a medication for a sty on his eye. Why was he touching my eyes with his hands without gloves on? It was a terrible experience and I will never return to that store again. I felt because I did not buy what he was selling I was quickly humiliated. This was not a good experience. There are not enough free samples in the world which would make me want to go back there.

I was approached by a zealous salesperson, but once she had my attention she was amazing. She took the time to tell me all about the products. I was really interested in the around the eye treatment. She also showed me the exfoliation product on my wrist..I had no reaction, and i have very sensitive and and an all over eczema, that at my age (62) I cannot find any moisturizing cream, which she showed me next. Had I had the money that day I would have bought the product. In conclusion I found the salesperson to be wonderful and the product to be amazing, I have no complaints.
