I purchased a summer dress on sale from this store. Before the transaction took place I asked the sales girl/cashier if the dye of the dress was permanent as I didn't want the dye to transfer to my underclothing. She said with absolute certainty that the dye would not transfer. I proceeded with the sale. The following day I tried the dress on and sprayed water on my hands. I wiped my hands over the surface of the fabric to remove winkles. I do this with all my natural fibre clothes instead of ironing. Next I noticed my hands were all blue. I washed my hands with my bar of soap and it became all blue. Today, with my receipt I went back to the mall which was way out of my way to return this dress. The young salesgirl told me she could not give me a refund as it wasn't her store and the person responsible was not available and not working today. A mature looking lady over heard the conversation and told me that the receipt clearly states no refunds. I continued to say that the dress is defective and I reminded them that I clearly asked if the dye would run. I got no where with them. They told me that the person responsible for the store would be in on Monday. I asked for this person's name and the older of the two responded she DIDN'T KNOW the manager's name. She blatantly lied to me. DON'T SHOP HERE. The service was so bad!!! I was so disgusted. I'm giving this review an one star only because there is no zero rating as an one star rating is too good for this place.
