Great service from Sherri Duvall. I have been dealing with Sherri for years--- always easy to understand and most helpfull !! If you want the "" BEST "" deal talk to her. Have always been happy with services provided by Cogeco. I recently was given a better deal for my internet which is really helpful as we all need to save as much money as we can. Very happy with the service from sales rep Sherry Duvall she was very helpful and made my experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for too rate customer service

I took my 90 year old father to the Limeridge Mall location of Cogeco, as he wanted to speak to a rep about his cable bill and the channels he was getting. Sherri helped him get his future bills lower, and took the time bill get all his favourite channels for the best price. Great customer service...thank you!

Dropped into the store with my wife to look into the cogeco webmail due to our laptop going down. Was fortunate to have sales associate Linda to serve us. After attending to our issue, she mentioned that she could workout a package for us that would give us customized channels and also decided to change our land line phone from Bell after 40 years. 5 stars for Linda for the excellent customer service

It does not matter which Cogeco number you call, you have always to wait. If a company knows that the customer service is not up to par, please do something about it. Customer service should be "top priority:, and let people always wait not a few miniutes, but 10 or more is not acceptable.
