I was lured in by the saleswoman standing at the outer edge of the store with a basket in her hand and I was walking on the opposite side of the mall and when I glanced at this store she said "I like your hair, who does it for you...would you like to try a sample". She had 3 pieces of different scents and all she said was that they are for your hands, she did not state anything beyond that. I took the piece that was lavender, then she lured me into the store to speak with her associate saleswoman. They started with all sorts of flattery about my skin and wanted to know my age and I said why don't you take a guess. The one guessed 50 to 55 and I am close to 66. Then the one with the samples said to the other can you provide this lady a trial sample of the wrinkle remover. So she proceeded to dab a product under my eyes then on my eye lid - over top of my existing makeup and then proceeded to fan my face. I had already told them that I needed to get to a 4:30 appointment with an optician and then they became even more aggressive with the sales pitch. Then the second saleswoman said there was a promotion today on this product it was $2499 but let's go to the computer and I will get today's promotion, then she said $2149.00. I told her there was no way I would spend that much nor could afford that. Then the pitch continued with the reduction of the price, all the while I was watching my time for my appointment. They were both very aggressive and kept talking over me and ignoring what I was saying. Then the very pushing (manager) said can you keep a secret, I can let you have it at my cost and $299.00 came up on the computer. In the moment in this store the product seemed to reduce my puffy under eyes and lift my upper eye lid and they also applied it above my upper lip. So under duress I paid for the product and she continued the sales pitch but then gave me a free anti-aging facial to be done on Oct. 15th, 2019...which I will not be keeping because there will be more product pitching. She also said the appointment was 4 weeks out because the product only needed to be applied once a week and in 6 weeks it would never need to be applied again the youthful effects would be complete. I asked her if I could return the product for a refund if it did not work, she said yes. Then she finally gave me the product after I had been in the store for 20 minutes all the while just trying to leave for my 4:30 appointment, which I was then 10 minutes late for. Then while at my appointment the product started making my eyes, itchy and watery and by the time I got home my eyes and upper lip where all crusty and I immediately washed it all off. And now much to my dismay my eye lids were more droopy then they were before this product was put on and my vision was impaired even with my glasses on but I managed to then read the receipt not only did it state at the bottom NO REFUNDS but instead of the secret price of $299 she billed me $300 plus $39 HST just another way to stick it to you. I have tried the product 2 more times each a week from the original application in the store and every time my eyes get worse...my eye lids have drooped so much that I can see them in my peripheral vision, like a horse with blinders on. I found the specific La Royale Deep Bio Cell Wrinkle Filler online for as low as $10, you don't mind when something doesn't work if you are only throwing away $11.30 not $339. Also, there is no phone number for this store or any sort of head office for this store nor any connect to a parent company for NRSH. I cannot even give this store a rating of "1 star" because they do not deserve even that!!! I don't understand how CF Masonville Mall allows this type of scamming store a unit in your facility.

I never heard about this brand before . but i was surprised to discover quality product!!!! The customer service was very good, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend about the store!!!!

This store definitely needs to send its staff for training on how to deal with people. They should be ashamed of themselves on their approach and sales tactics. Plus, the product They demonstrated gave my hand s rash, and was extremely over priced.

So I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service and help that I got from the ladies at Nrsh yesterday evening. I’ve been really hesitant to write a review since I have never done one before but this needs to be recognized. After a long day of shopping and running errands, I ended up checking out nrsh because they are very new the mall and I wanted to see what it was about. As I was walked in I noticed that the ladies were all in the back on their phones looking very disinterested that I had just walked in. I started browsing and after a good couple minutes a lady finally came and caught my attention by asking “were you going to buy anything?”. I was caught off guard by the disrespect I was shown. I was confused as to why she was giving me attitude and asking such a rude question. That has never happened to me before in my life, I am a customer and I should be shown respect whether I’m buying something or looking around. Never going there again.

I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. The " women" at this store acted ANYTHING but classy sales reps. I was treated with the UP MOST DISRESPECT! The girls laughed at me, swore at me, screamed at me, and talked about me in A DIFFERENT LANAGUAGE SO I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE SAYING ABOUT ME. They are nothing but RACIST AND IGNORANT. I AM A CUSTOMER and they denied me my RIGHT as A CUSTOMER TO VOICE MY OPINION. As I said this place is FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL, far from respectful and FAR FROM BEING ANYTHING OF AN ESTABLISHMENT. I AM DISGUSTED WITH NRSH HERE AT MASONVILLE MALL AND I WILL BE HEARD. I have NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS FROM ANYONE LET ALONE THE MANAGER/OWNER OF A STORE. HOW DARE these women think anythinh they have done was APPROPRIATE. I am taking this to their head quaters monday morning. And I refuse to be treated like "nothing" as they referred me to today. Disgusted.
