I bought a necklace for my daughter on Oct 10, 2017, explaining that it was an Christmas present. Not once was I told about the return policy at the time of purchase. I tried to return the necklace on November 6, 2017, as it wasn't going to work out, and was told I couldn't as 14 days had already passed. The necklace was untouched and clearly in the original packaging. It would never have crossed my mind that any refund policy would ever be for only 14 days in the first place but I explained that it was bought as a Christmas gift and was told by the manager Allison, that the Christmas policy was not in effect yet. As I can't afford to buy another necklace I was upset and argued that this was not good customer service, and I wanted to talk to another manager. Allison then told me to contact customer service and to have a "Nice Day" , which was completely ridiculous and patronizing as I was almost in tears. I have looked up other jewelry store return policies and see that Pandora has a 30 day return policy, while Michael Hill and People have a 60 days return policy. After this experience I now understand why the Swarovski store always looks empty and you can rest assured that I will never step foot in it again.

My friend and I stopped into your store this morning. Saturday December 17th just after they opened. There were four ladies chatting away. We stood in the entrance waiting for one of them to approach us. One or two looked up but said nothing to us , no greeting, etc. We were shocked, so we turned to leave and than some of them actually said bye . Now I was going to purchase some earrings , but will not be now. I am very disappointed and saddened that we were treated this way.
