Been a customer since 2011. Have sent a lot of customers there. In June this yr I went there because I am having a vision problem... Needed a phone with a larger screen. Given my business I had previously had a Note and loved it. Told the employee I wanted a newer version. We chatted about prices.. I went home to chat to my hubby. Came back a few days later and was told the price had gone up. I found wierd and told him so especially with the new version being released soon. He strongly recommended another companies phone. Big screen.. Blah blah blah and that it was a strong competitor w Samsung. I trusted him. Bought the phone. He is right it is a good phone but not good for someone, which he knew who has arthritic hands. What I mean is it has 'issues'. If you don't have tiny fingers with precision tapping... The screen you are typing on disappears if you hit the bottom part of the space bar, the audio when I'm on calls is garbled intermittently, people can't hear me well. I use my phone for business. If in a call and you tap the screen to hang up if not exact and quick you end up dialing someone else by accident. I was told it works just like a Samsung. No it doesn't... So I went back this past week. The employee that sold it to me was there. I told him I wasn't happy that me and the phone had issues. He admitted the same Things I was having trouble with. But he tried to minimalize that by saying ' how are the photo qualities, good aren't they?'. Yes they are but man does not live by photos alone. So then I insist I want to get what I originally came in for... But now have to pay a huge fee for changing phones only 6 mo into my plan. They should negotiate with Bell because of his pressuring me to not buy what I wanted. And yes, those chairs get pretty comfortable for them... Not good customer service... Making you approach them instead of them approaching you. Not what it was a few years ago.

Got a couple of new plans with fido and was completely lied to about what the plan consists of. You are better off going somewhere where they know what they are doing.

If I could rate it -5 stars I would. I have never in my life met such rude staff. As a former employee of tbooth many years ago, I am surprised how they treat customers. I went in the evening of Tuesday September 19 2017 looking to exchange an Ishieldz protector for my phone. I went into the store where a girl asked how she could help me. She couldn't be bothered to get up from her stool. When I advised her that I purchased the protector from another Tbooth and was told that if it cracked or broke, I could go to any Tbooth to exchange. She told that I had to go through the manufacturer. I insisted that this was not what I was told so she said she'd ask the manager (while still sitting on her stool). The supposed manager who was on his cell phone then rudely asked me who told me that and that it was only a manufacturer Warranty. He also could not be bothered to get off his phone to speak with a customer and basically told me to go back to the store I bought it from. I told him I purchased it from a store which was about an hour away and it would be inconvenient for me to go back. He still insisted I go back the store or go through the manufacturer directly (would have to pay a shipping fee) Anyway I don't really care if I was sold this product with false information but I don't appreciate be spoken to in a condescending tone and in a way that made it sound like I misunderstood. Tbooth Head office should really review and coach their staff or save their money and close this location.
