keitel and kashif are a dynamic team players at the pickering mall store. The two gentlemen plus the manager proved to be probably the most adept, skillful, and dedicated sales people in Pickering mall. With the ability to close the sale, And their dedication to doing so, made them excellent in sales. They provided good customer service and assistance throughout the sales process very methodical and precise. Kashif a good sales manager with all the right answers. i had a great experience at the T booth. I went home happy knowing that T booth is equiped with knowledgable technicians. when i came back few days later to transfer my data, contacts and apps from the old phone to the new phone was smooth from the get go. i was greeted promptly by Keitel who was ready to answer all my questions and without hesitation Keitel a tech savvy managed all process analysis with great enthusiasm. Keitel has exceptional with knowledge of the inventory and features of all products, And this allowed him to be a diverse and capable salesperson/sales manager even after sales process. What especially allowed Keitel to excel were his people skills. He expressed true caring and interest in people, and he always responded. His sales skills were only matched by his reliability, on moving all my data and apps consistently.
