Best buy regina, staff is lazy and rude. Would rather socialize than help customers. Thank you bit I'll go across the street and buy my surround sound there. As soon as you walk invision someone is there to help you! Best buy you just lost your $4000 sale to visions!

Buy it on amazon it's better they will talk to you properly if there is any issue unlike Ill mannered employees of Worst Buy.

Took a cab because I’m handicapped to resolve a issue at the Barrie Best Buy cost me 150$ My email address didn’t work and my tv was purchased and on back order with a credit card. Salesman could not tell me when I was to get the tv I paid for and my email didn’t get a email stating anything about the confirmed sale. So I spent over 2400 with a tv and 4 years warranty and don’t know when it’s coming and they are setting it up in my home???? As soon as I paid on Black Friday I was blown off when asked about my purchased and turned away. Took a cab right away the next day and the lady that returned my items called the manager over as she didn’t know how to return the item that was out of stock. Best Buy Never sell a tv you can’t get because of a back order. 2. Never sell warranties telling about all the screw ups with that tv as of late. 3. Customer service is at a all time low when ken the manager says sorry Joey have a nice day. I’m so sad I was treated this way and I won’t shop here anymore.
