My husband and I were in your Elmsdale, NS Source today. We have bought all of our electronic devices EXCEPT this fitbit. We purchased this item is SportChek. We asked them to set it up for us. They said to go on the website. It's easy. NOT. I was so upset trying to set it up, I decided to return it. I was told electronics could not be returned. There was no mention of this! If I would have known that, I would not (to be continued)

Arriving at the store it was exceptionally well cleaned and organized. There was a female there with the name Emily whom was not a pleasure to speak with, she was very unhappy and almost scared me to ask any further questions. Definitely will be communicating with a different staff member if I return

Very disappointed in there shipping speed 2 weeks for google nest to arrive, Best Buy, Amazon EBay twice as fast, never order online from them again, wrote them with a complaint not even a reply, poor customer service compared to Other online dealers

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and it has yet to ship. They still have my estimated delivery date as over a week ago and it is still processing. When I asked about it they said they have a backlog due to black friday but that was half a month ago. I asked to change my ship to home to in store pickup as a store near me has the item and they said they can't do anything about it. If I didn't have a gift card I would have charged back by now.
