I purchased a phone at the Milton Mall Kiosk yesterday and the service was beyond amazing! From start to finish I was finished in aprox 30 min. and Hamca was the most knowledgeable sales rep that I have ever dealt with!!

I had bought a Samsung A70 and it stopped working after a couple of weeks so I brought it in to the Koodo kiosk center in the seven oaks shopping Mall here in Abbotsford on March 3rd. The kiosk is still closed even though we are in phase 3 of returning to normal in British Columbia. my phone has been sitting at the kiosk that has been closed all these months and nobody will retrieve it for me. the phone is on the tab so I'm paying for it every month even though I do not have it for 4 months now. I was upset and did not want to pay my bill and they threatened to cut my service after 15 years of loyal paynents. They gave me a loaner phone that was a Samsung s8 with no case and it fell off the forklift at work and broke and they want me to pay the $200 when I am able to get my real phone back. I was on the phone with Koodo for about an hour trying to figure out when they will open and if they will forgive the $200 on the loaner phone and I was told tough luck! I am now sitting with the $70 7-Eleven phone that has my SIM card in it and I am very frustrated.
