The store management does not care about any of their customers who wait in line for 2 hours just to get inside. No estimate of time or reassurance that they are doing their best to expedite the process. The employees just stare at you without any direction or initiative to move people in and out the store. There are families with children all complying with the regulations but have to wait in line for 2 hours because the staff is too lazy to do anything. People are being left for exposure in a huge lineup. All could be fixed if the store management made it an effort to move the line and direct people in and out the store. The employees within the store are not helping customers either to help with their shopping experience. The management even refused to offer any explanation or concern as to why everything was unorganized. Just save your time there selection isn’t worth the price or time to stay in line for an entire day. You will just get frustrated at how long the lineup is and how the staff are just unenthusiastic to do anything to help with the shopping experience.
