Worst customer service. Got my screen repaired for iPhone X. They mentioned it has a warranty of 90 days which doesn’t include physical damage. After 2 days I saw a black line on my screen and went it to have it fixed, as per the warranty. The owners told me, the black line is due to physical damage or by putting excessive pressure on screen while it was in my pocket. All I did was charge my phone and kept it aside as I was using a spare phone. I was called a liar, a fraud and someone who does not understand the meaning of physical damage. I still insisted and told them that I am telling the truth and they threatened me to leave the store otherwise they will call the police. The owner, including the employees were very rude and kept on degrading me by calling a liar and a fraud. I would not recommend anyone to get there iPhone screen repaired from them. (Cost for repair $120). Hope this review will abstain ppl from repairing there screens from this store. Thanks.
