I purchased 2 sets of earrings from the balata store at Upper Canada Mall and they were not cheap. Both pairs broke after the 2nd use. I came into the store with my receipt and a bleached blond sales girl indicated that she would not be able to reimburse me because the earrings are final sale. She also followed to educate me a grown woman on how to delicately put in the earrings without breaking them. The audacity of this girl was just to much. If 2 pairs break in the span of 2 weeks it’s becs their products are junk at very high prices. DO NOT BUT BALTA PRODUCTS since they do not stand by their products. Horrible service too.
