We visited the shop today to purchase a new recliner. Karen was informative, patient and guided us through their inventory to help locate the right product to meet our needs. Extensive efforts were made to deliver the product for our convenience. A very delightful shopping experience.

My wife and I visited the Chesterfield shop in Newmarket on March 13/21 as we were in the marked for a new sofa/sectional for our condo. We were greeted by Karen Twinney who carefully listened to our needs and preferances. She took the time to show us many options available at the store combined with many different coverings. A major purchase such as this can be very confusing; however, Karen took the time to evaluate our needs. We found her very knowledgable about the product line and very patient while we made up our minds. In the end, we did purchase a blue leather sectional. The purchase and financing arragements were carefully explained and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend the Chesterfield Shop and Karen Twinney for your next furniture purchase. Thank you again, Karen

Karen helped us out from start to finish with our purchase. She's very knowledgeable, helpful and a delight to work with. The store was beautifully laid out. Fantastic experience. I'd recomend both Karen and the Newmarket store to everyone.
