Had a terrible experience buying and returning a snow shoe at Oakville mall. No staff was around to guide me what to buy and the person at cash register had no product knowledge to answer questions. When I tired to return one of them with all the tags in original packaging and bag, the staff refused to do the return because the barcode was missing! Never had such a terrible experience returning a brand new item with tags and original packaging!
