I bought a purse from this store in December from a lovely salesperson. It is now January, and the zipper has broken. I took it back into the store and a very rude salsesperson interrupted my (polite) explanation by telling me to not bother saying anything else because all sales are final. I tried to tell her that the item had not been on sale and she raised her voice at me, saying that she did not mean a sale, she meant ALL sales. She also held her hand in my face to interrupt me once again when I tried to explain that I wasn't looking for a refund. No matter how nice the products are or how friendly the person who sold me this purse was, I would never shop here again. Never have I been treated with so much disrespect that I honestly feel was undeserved.

This store is for the person who longs for something different, something that can't be found in every other mall clothing store. If you like boutique shopping, you'll love the choices offered by The One. Every time I wear something that I purchased at this store, I get compliments. The clothes are feminine, unique and well-made.
