Yesterday Nov 27 at around 12pm I came into the Billings bridge store and was not even greeted once, there seemed to only one person working and she was on her phone the whole time, very rude. I came back this afternoon and was greeted by a sweet young lady sampling one of my favourite teas. Billings need to hire more people like her. I believe her name was Marcela, much thanks.
