I asked my roommate to pick up my tickets for me without the Encore. The clerk put the tickets49through but added the encore on my 6/49. He told her he didn't want the Encore and asked if she could cancel it for one without the encore, she told him too bad its on there now so you have to take it. I will be contacting the OLG as tickets can be canceled and new ones issued. Won't be buying anything from Rexall anymore.

Longest wait at Rexall! Saw doctor at urgent care clinic, in and out within 10 min. Waited 50 minutes for my prescription, was told 15-20 minutes. Terrible! Will not be back here.
