My family and I went to Homesense. We saw a bar cart that we wanted to purchase. However the lady sanitizing the cart was looking at the bar cart as well, and decided to purchase it. She told us that she was going to take it and buy it. She then put the bar cart behind the cash desk, then marked it as reserved. It gave us no chance as the customer to purchase it, as it was also the last one in stock. In this situation, it should be the customer first. Working in retail, I understand the value of customer satisfaction. This was a very disappointing approach from the employ and I hope customer satisfaction is taken into consideration.
