Love the selection and staff are always helpful. I disagree with other feedback here where the poster is an obvious liar. Give your phone number when you purchase and if there is a defect KSP will always honor a return. Buy an item and use it, then try and return because you just wanted to use it does not justify a return? One too many play that game. KSP does not force you to buy items, and that's hilarious. Great store for the honest shopper.

I went Kitchen Stuff at East Gate , Hamilton to buy knives. Staffer told me to buy a 3 knife package as it was more cheaper. I wanted to check the weight of each knife before buying it. But it was in a sealed package and they said me to buy it and go home and check it and can return within 30days . It was so heavy and I wanted to return it but Lady Manager Victoria was so rude, unprofessional and didn't accept return. They misleading customers
