I did my keratin treatment and hair colour there . I have been there regular customer since 2018 . I did my hair colour with Ashley and she did a great job . I loved the way she set my curls in the end . Very professional and looks great on me. I would recommend Ashley , she is a best hair stylist.

I did permanent straightening and hair color, they asked me to di hair color before hair starightening without telling me that the color will go away after straightening. They charged me $500 in total, they just did temporary straightening when I was chatged for permanents. the curls started showing up after very first wash. I went for touch up. after washing the hair after touch up, there is no difference, curls are still showing up. I will nev

I am a regular customer of this location for long time and knew most of the haircutters. I came in today to try a haircut with a gentleman located near the entrance door. I told the receptionist to be next for him. After waiting for 10 mins. the receptionist told him that I am waiting. He did not say any words but instead go out for a while then when he came back still did not say any words and go straight in the back. I'm waiting again a bit longer and I approached again the reception if he is on break. She and the other gentleman said could be and I just let it go and wait again for about another 15 mins. When he came out from the back, he sit by the reception and chat with the receptionist. Still not hearing any words and not approaching me for haircut. This time I was kind of wondering what is the reason as it took about another 5 mins. with no action. I stood up and told both the receptionist and the gentleman haircutter that forget it and I'm leaving. I feel bad with this action as they let me wait and waste my time for about 30 mins. and my wife is waiting for me to finish my haircut. They should at least tell me to wait (how many minutes?) not just passing in front of me and me look like stupid waiting to be approach for the service. Very bad experience today and I was pissed off.
