Photographer "went home sick" the last 20 mins of her Saturday night shift and didn't call us to cancel. We got three children (under age 3) dressed, bathed, & ready, drove through terrible weather to get a BS excuse about how they couldn't call or notify us. They said "we understand getting 3 kids ready and driving through bad weather sucks, but come back in the morning and wait around for a spot". Words cannot describe how frustrating this was.
